Welcome to a POP UP CAFÉ with Spire! Every thursday in Rosendal Kafé! Kafé Spire is run by the non-profit organization Dype Røtter, based at Reppe Søndre Farm in Trondheim. Here, they combine organic farming, café operations, and a farm shop with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, circular resource use, and social inclusion. Kafé Spire serves lunch dishes such as soup, open-faced sandwiches, and salads, as well as coffee and cakes.
